Itching to start up a business?

some of my enterprise

some of my businesses

Hi, I’m Ewan from Glasgow, Scotland. I’ve launched two small businesses, created and developed numerous projects and continue to make new plans. I opened two unique high street businesses in the form of a Restaurant and a Deli. Here I tell you how I brought these projects to life with insights and my lessons in business from the coal face.

Check out my very latest and 3rd business at just under the big 40, here

In setting in business, I’ve stumbled upon many other add-ons on the way. These ideas came sometimes before, during or in between projects. I have found ideas for business plans when; walking down the high street looking at empty units, during trading times, from trips abroad or even when talking to someone about something completely different, it can come from the strangest places or sources. For me it’s been just a part of life, I maybe quite creative but I don’t really see it like that. I think anyone can see gaps in a market or opportunities to express themselves. It usually involves a passion for something whether it’s change, to improve something or to invent a new product. We now live in a unique era where collaboration and alternative resources can create vibrant businesses.

These articles are my lessons in business, whether it’s learning from my own mistakes or learning from mistakes competitors have made. I guess the important thing is to see when change happens and be able to adapt when it does.  It’s important to keep in touch with markets but also to do what’s best for keeping your own projects on track and that includes making difficult decisions when required. So, feel free to browse through these articles and I would really appreciate your comments and feedback because everyday is a school day for us all. And so the journey continues..

Sunrise on your new business adventures

please note that my ideas, menus, images, recipes and all other items on this site are from my own thoughts and the companies I created. 1. I’m truly enjoying the design and layout of your blog. It’s
a very easy on the eyes which makes it much more
pleasant for me to come here and visit more often. Did you hire out a developer to create your theme?
    Outstanding work!
